Products have to be returned to ROTOTECH freight paid in an intact condition to fully benefit from the warranty. ROTOTECH will decide whether the necessary repair works fall within the scope of warranty or not after due examination.
Scope of warranty is limited to repair or replacement of products.
ROTOTECH does not give any other warranty.
This warranty will not cover the products which are disassembled outside the factory, modified products, misrepair, improper assembly, too high or low temperatures, lateral loading and the products damaged by corrosive or chemical media.
No vendor, dealer, distributor or ROTOTECH employee is authorized to make amendments to the warranty conditions.
